Potatoes are full of energy and are very delicious. Potatoes are extensively used in our dishes; like salads, sandwiches, with meat and etc.
Potatoes are very useful for our health, most mother give potatoes (mixed with other foods) to their children, to make them healthy.  But potatoes are not useful for children only; it is equally beneficial for all ages. Let’s take a look at benefits of potatoes.

1. Weight Acquiring

Potatoes are found useful in acquiring weight because potatoes are full of carbohydrates, And one more special thing about potato is that it has less amount of proteins. This makes potatoes very prominent for thin people those who are willing to gain their weight must use potatoes. Potatoes also contain many kinds of vitamins, these vitamins are necessary for the suitable absorption of carbohydrate found in potatoes. These vitamins named vitamin C and Vitamin B Complex.

2. Digestion
Potatoes are easy to digest, as they are full of carbohydrates. Due to this reason potatoes are considered as a perfect diet for people having problems with digestive system.  Potatoes are useful for person of every age. Potatoes are full of energy; therefore these are excellent diet for small children. Because small children need energy but from sources like potatoes which are easy to digest.

Potato is a unique vegetable which is also found very beneficial for the people suffering from rheumatism.  We know that potatoes are very rich in nutrients.  Some of these nutrients like magnesium, Vitamins and Calcium are very helpful in reducing rheumatism.

Potato has many Nutrients but Vitamin-C present in it makes potato more special. Potatoes have many benefits related to health. It is found excellent diet for so many diseases and one of those is Diarrhea, because as we mentioned in earlier points potatoes are easily digestible as well is contains mil roughage so this is the energy-rich diet for the many patients suffering from diarrhea but excessive of everything is bad.
